This Yoga pose is famous for the basic standing posture and the foundation of all yoga poses, therefore, it’s better to learn and practice this pose at first. Oh yeah. this is easy for even me (as you can see, my arms and legs is very very short :x)
Off cause, Tadasana has benefit of not only improving posture but also relieving sciatica and reducing flat feet. I’ll this practise in every morning, away from bed and desk. Here we go!!
How to do Tadasana
- Stand up straight with your legs together or slightly apart parallel to each other.
- Straighten your shoulders.
- Extend your backbone and the entire body up from the crown of your head.
- Realize your balance point, when your body is steady, and relax maintaining your stability.
